BTCC hosted the second training in our Advocacy series on August 17th. Lisa Marchal, the Senior Global Grassroots Associate for RESULTS/RESULTS Educational Fund, introduced three tools to help people unite the personal with the political to ignite change in their communities.  Participants began crafting their stories of change and hope- and we look forward to continuing those stories at our follow-up advocacy nights at The Back Door on September 21st and October 12th!  Community members 21+ can join us between 7-9 p.m. to sharpen (or start!) their personal narratives, EPICs, and community maps.

When: August 17th 2016, 6:30-8:30pm
Location: Bloomington City Hall, Council Chambers
