The planning teams for the 2nd Monroe County Childhood Conditions (MC3) Summit have been plugging away on this year’s event, scheduled for December 7th.  The event will continue exploring conditions but focus on child and adolescent health. We recognize health as multi-dimensional (physical, social, emotional, mental, spiritual, etc.) and acknowledge a variety of personal, social, economic, and environmental determinants shape the trajectories for individual and population health.  Interested in being a part of the event?  Folks of all ages are encouraged to submit a workshop proposal.  If you’re under 25 you can also submit a design for this year’s program.  The deadline is September 1st for both opportunities!

  • Workshop Proposals: It is officially call out time for 2017 workshop proposals!  We are seeking 60 and 90 minute workshops for the event.

  • Youth Art Contest: The MC3 planning team is holding an art contest to design the cover for the program for this year’s event. All submissions must include the date, time and location of the event (Thursday, December 7th from 9am-5pm at the Monroe County Convention Center). The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate. Submissions can be emailed to prism@bloomingtonpride.org.
